In a shocking new court filing, Joseph Manzaro claims that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) “used a black rubber fist to violently assault me.” The declaration was submitted in Sean Combs’ federal criminal case in New York. The accusations extend to alleged drug trafficking by Combs’ supposed accomplice, Brendan Paul, who Manzaro alleges lied during the trial.
Manzaro’s declaration, marked as filing 503-2 in the official docket, surfaced on September 10, 2025, with remarks from the popular X account Diddy Docket showcasing screenshots of the document.
Furthermore, a civil case brought by Manzaro in Florida against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and several others was recently dismissed. In declarations made in August, Manzaro accused his attorney Travis Walker of abandoning him, citing lack of communication and obstruction of access to essential case materials. Observers noted that Walker had failed to serve most defendants, including Combs, within the expected timeframe.
