A former model has come forward with accusations against former President Donald Trump, alleging that he groped her during a meeting in the 1990s. Stacey Williams shared her story in an interview with CNN, detailing an encounter that took place in 1993 when she was brought to Trump Tower in New York City by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, with whom she was reportedly in a relationship at the time.

During the interview, Williams described how Trump allegedly pulled her close and "his hands were just on me and didn’t come off." She recounted the experience as disconcerting, stating, "The second he [Trump] was in front of me… they were just on me the whole time," while Epstein and Trump engaged in conversation. Williams said the incident left her feeling as though she was experiencing "an out of body experience" and that she felt paralyzed in the moment.

The Trump campaign swiftly responded to the allegations, asserting that Williams originally shared her account at a political event supporting Vice President Kamala Harris—who is running against Trump in the upcoming election. Karoline Leavitt, a spokeswoman for the Trump campaign, labeled Williams' claims as “unequivocally false," suggesting they were fabricated as a distraction from serious allegations against Harris's husband, Doug Emhoff.

The controversy surrounding Trump's past interactions has been ongoing since he began his presidential campaign in 2016, with multiple women coming forward to accuse him of sexual misconduct. Although the former president has denied all allegations, he was found liable for sexual abuse of writer E. Jean Carroll in a civil trial in 2023, which resulted in Carroll winning two defamation lawsuits against him.

Williams claims that she ended her relationship with Epstein shortly after the alleged incident, which has overshadowed both public figures. Epstein was arrested in 2019 on charges of sex crimes and died by suicide in jail while awaiting trial. The continuing discourse around these accusations remains prominent as the 2024 presidential race heats up.
