Blocked Roads and Devastation as BBC Drives to Nepal Flood Sites
BBC reporters driving from Kathmandu to Trishuli, an area severely hit by flooding on the Tibetan border, have seen roads blocked by debris and evidence that entire villages have been washed away by floodwaters.
Along the route, ambulances were seen rushing along with a procession of hearses, underscoring the magnitude of the disaster.
