A collision between a freight train and a public bus has killed at least eight people and injured 25 others in Bangkok, emergency services have confirmed.
Law enforcement and rescue officials reported that the crash, which triggered a large fire, occurred on Saturday and engulfed the bus.
Flames quickly spread to nearby vehicles, necessitating an urgent response from firefighters and rescue teams. Emergency crews worked diligently to extract injured victims from the wreckage while actively controlling the fire.
