The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (Nesrea) issued an urgent advisory, warning drivers to stay away from the foam that appeared on the heavy‑traffic route connecting Abuja to Kaduna. The agency has deployed teams to assess the potential environmental impact.
