The civil claims against Kevin Spacey had been scheduled to go to trial in late 2026.

Kevin Spacey has agreed to an out-of-court settlement with three men who alleged he sexually assaulted them. The civil cases, which were set to be heard at the High Court later this year, have now been frozen following this settlement.

The allegations date back to incidents that allegedly occurred between 2000 and 2013. Although Spacey has consistently denied any wrongdoing, two of the accusers lodged their civil suits in light of previous criminal charges against Spacey, from which he was acquitted in 2023.

Details of the settlement terms remain undisclosed, but the allegations include claims from an individual known only as LNP, who stated that Spacey assaulted him on multiple occasions between 2000 and 2005. Another claimant, referred to as GHI, asserted that he suffered negative repercussions, both psychological and financial, after an incident in 2008.

Ruari Cannon, the third individual involved, has waived his right to anonymity and claims that Spacey groped him following a theatre event. Cannon previously participated in a documentary discussing his experiences with Spacey.

The legal actions were prepared to include testimony from other individuals alleging similar behavior by Spacey, suggesting a pattern of abuse.
