British Sex Offender Arrested for Attempted Mock Wedding with Minor at Disneyland Paris

A British man, who is a registered sex offender, was arrested in France for trying to hold a mock wedding with a minor in Disneyland Paris. Jean-Baptiste Bladier, a prosecutor in the nearby city of Meaux, reported that the suspect had orchestrated this event with many paid actors and had disguised himself using a stolen Latvian identity, complete with fraudulent documents.

French authorities noted that the man had been charged with various offenses, including fraud, identity theft, and money laundering. He has also been listed as an assisted witness in an investigation revolving around potential minor corruption.
