Virginia Giuffre Thanks Supporters Amid Recovery from Serious Car Accident
Virginia Giuffre, noted for her allegations against Jeffrey Epstein, expresses gratitude for the support as she remains in serious condition in the hospital following a vehicle collision.
Virginia Giuffre, a well-known accuser of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, has thanked her supporters for the "outpouring of love and support" following her hospitalization due to a serious car accident. According to a statement from her family, Giuffre remains in serious condition while receiving care in Australia.
The incident occurred on March 24 in Western Australia when a school bus was involved in a collision with the vehicle that Giuffre was in. Her family described her as “banged up and bruised,” noting that her condition worsened after initially returning home, leading to her hospital admittance.
Reports indicated that the bus driver, who was transporting several distressed children at the time, left the scene to ensure their safety and later filed a police report. In an Instagram post over the weekend, Giuffre remarked that 2023 has been a particularly difficult year so far.
Adding to her challenges, Giuffre has been living in North Perth with her husband, Robert, and their children, though recent speculation suggests that the couple has separated after 22 years of marriage.
Giuffre made headlines in the past for alleging that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell trafficked her to Prince Andrew when she was just 17 years old. Prince Andrew has denied all allegations against him but reached a settlement with Giuffre in 2022 to avoid a court battle, which included a statement conveying his regret over his association with Epstein, without any admission of liability or formal apology.
